Your IP address is anonymised by Google Analytics before storage.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health information), financial or payment details through this website, or data relating to children.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the following categories of recipient:
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — hosts the enquiry form embedded on our contact section and processes the submissions. Brevo acts as our processor.
- Google — provides Google Analytics 4 and the Google Calendar appointment booking widget used to arrange consultations.
- Approved installers — where your project proceeds and an installer in your region will carry out the work, we share the details necessary for them to contact you and quote. We will tell you before doing this.
- Professional advisers and service providers — accountants, IT providers and similar, where necessary.
- Regulators, law enforcement or courts — where we are legally required to.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation also takes place on Meta's infrastructure and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this policy.
5. International transfers
Some of the providers above process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are made under UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which are approved safeguards under UK GDPR.

|---|---|
| Enquiries that do not proceed | 24 months from last contact |
| Customer project records | 6 years after completion, for contractual, warranty and tax purposes |
| Marketing consents and email subscriptions | Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent |
| Website analytics | 14 months, the Google Analytics 4 default |
7. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses:
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4, which tell us how the site is used. These are not strictly necessary and require your consent.
- Third-party cookies that may be set by the embedded Brevo enquiry form and the Google Calendar booking widget when you interact with them.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you using the site.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: be informed about how we use your data; request a copy of it; have inaccurate data corrected; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; request portability of data you provided to us; and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the lawful basis.
To exercise any of these, email hello@breathetherm.co.uk. We will respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

We only send marketing emails where you have opted in, or where you are an existing customer and the message concerns similar services. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing us.
10. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission over HTTPS, access controls, and using established processors who maintain their own security standards. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
